Are there any snow removal surcharges?

Packed Snow and Ice Surcharge

A one-time additional surcharge may apply if the property has significant packed snow and ice build up on the first visit of the order. This is charged at an hourly rate of $60 per man-hour. This only applies to orders that start midway through the season, and have significant amounts of ice and snow build-up that require additional scraping.

Can I see my price before I order?

Absolutely! Before submitting an order on our website, you will see a rough price estimate at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. From here, you can choose whether or not to proceed.

Please note that this price is based on your own estimate of your property’s size. After you place your order, a Yardly team member will confirm the price in the Order Confirmation email based on a review of your property using a satellite imaging tool.

Are there any lawn care surcharges?

Overgrown Grass Surcharge (Lawn Care Services)

If the grass length exceeds 6”, then an ADDITIONAL one-time surcharge will be applied based on the average grass length to compensate the additional time needed for the job and additional wear and tear on the equipment. The surcharge will only apply to your initial service visit. After the initial 6 inches of grass, each additional 6 inches of grass will incur a multiplier to the base rate as shown below.

Can I get a quote?

Absolutely!

If you click on the Order Now page, you can select your property type and the service you’re interested in. A rough quote will appear in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen based on your selections before you confirm your order.

For example, in the image above, the website quoted price is $64 (plus GST) per visit.

While your official price will be determined based on a review of your property after your order has been placed, this price is unlikely to vary significantly from the website quote.

If the price is significantly different from your quoted price, we will ask for your approval before proceeding with the order.
